• We will confirm order and delivery date/time by text or email.

• We request that you reserve your equipment as soon as you finalize vacation or event to ensure that the items you have requested will be available.

We accept cash, Zelle, and credit cards.

A deposit of $50-$100 will be taken at the time of delivery and will depend on the item.

The equipment will be delivered to your driveway. You must be present at delivery to show ID and provide payment.

We do not set up equipment.

We do not carry equipment inside or upstairs.

Set up for an additional fee is available for events when renting bundled packages.

We deliver to Oak Island, Southport, Holden Beach and Sunset Beach. We will deliver to residential homes, rental properties, and companies.

We will deliver up to 20 miles from Oak Island including Southport

Delivery Fees outside of Oak Island, NC :

10 miles from Oak Island, NC: $25.00

11-20 miles from Oak Island, NC : $50.00

** All deliveries outside of Oak Island must be confirmed within 48 hours of drop off time

Deliver times are:

9am-11am

1pm-4pm and

4pm-7pm.

These are scheduled and confirmed when reserved. Any changes to the date or time need to be communicated and confirmed 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time.

We are a delivery only service. However, we can meet you at a designated area and time. This will need to be communicated and confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Orders cancelled a week prior to delivery will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours of delivery you will be refunded 50% of total amount.
